Kuja Suite (Raspe Hellfire and Brimstone Mix)
Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 8:02PM Brookhaven Remixes: The Kuja Suite (Raspe Hellfire and Brimstone Mix)
Crafted from "Immoral Melody", "Kuja Leaving Burmecia", "Messenger of Destruction", and "The Fall of Neo-Kuja" by Nobuo Uematsu, originally appearing on the original soundtrack for "Final Fantasy IX".
Listen:
Well, I appear to be obsessed with remixing Kuja's theme from Final Fantasy IX. I've remixed it over and over and over. I also appear to be obsessed with the concept of Hell. I can't really say why. I've been there. I conquered it and resurrected. I passed the test, the trial, the ordeal.
But the concept of a realm which is in constant Revolution. Fascinating. Even more so because many seem, if you'll excuse the term, hell-bent on living in that dimension...
Click the picture to view it full size. This is just a thumbnail, silly. :pHell, like time, is a dimension that is always with us. Many place themselves into Hell every day, and wear it like an old coat...maybe that's why I'm obsessed with the subject of Hell...Maybe I'm trying to figure out why so many people seem determined to live there. They always had the power to just simply choose something else, but they don't, so they continue living in Hell...a Hell of their own making...maybe someday, I'll figure out why people prefer Hell. It's such a strange notion...
At any rate, you might notice that there's a remix of the Kuja Theme sitting over in the Beds section of the Promos and Production page. This one's different. And in my opinon, this one's better. I'm really pleased how this one turned out, and I might have to give this one a pretty good grade.
I hope you enjoy it. It's maybe a bit disturbing in parts, but it's supposed to be. It IS about Hell...still, I think it turned out pretty well...
